Here at TPM, we
believe we have a true competetive advantage over the majority of the websites.
We are a full force construction company with licenses to build residential and
commercial in Florida, Mississippi, and Louisianna. We provide
the internets first turn-key operation providing wholesale opportunity to the
savvy real estate investor...All for FREE! To us, turn key is full product knowledge and
one-on-one discussions with the builder, lender, and property manager at any
given time. Our construction also comes turn key as a rental ready
package, including all appliances, window treatments, etc, leaving the investor
with peace of mind to a unique turn key unit. One of the biggest areas of
concerns in investment real estate is that we get referrals by other realtors
from all over the country, thus, expect to be paid a referral commission.
With respect to the governing Real Estate Commissions and laws regarding out of
state brokerage compensation, we have established our own in-house real estate
brokerage to fulfill those obligations the right way. We can now pay the
real estate commission on the HUD to our brokerage in the respective states.
With an upfront referral commission agreement in place, we can refer those
commissions to any brokerage in the country.
Another big obstacle in today's real estate industry is the
mortgage products. How many of you are disappointed with all of the red
tape you must go throught just to get a mortgage today? Using resources
from one of our partner's past positions at a large construction bank, we have
arranged for our very own in-house lender with Omni National Bank to assist in
financing. Our Omni representative has an extensive past in diverse
product ranging from creative financing in residential and the commercial
industry. With a background of working for years in one of New York City's
top finance companies he also was given the position of Vice President of a
company that had a loan portfolio of nearly a billion dollars in 2005. In
addition to our own product, he can help you finance any real estate purchase
for you in every state of the country. Although Omni Bank is our preferred
lender, they are not the required lender.
In conclusion, the partners involved in our business hold or have
held very extensive positions in the real estate industry. We take great
pride in full knowledge of our turn-key system and can provide education along
the way. Similar to our background, we have learned a lot of personal
positive and negative lessons from experience in our own investing, and speak
freely about them so that we can establish perfection in the future of real
estate investing.
