Most of you reading this article are likely performing

much hyped Go Zone. Many keywords that seem to be popular are
Biloxi, Bayside Park, MDA SRAP, etc.. If you perform a search on
google for preconstruction opportunity along the coast, over 80% of it
will present Bay St. Louis as the city in which it is taking place,
specifically Bayside Park. Although "The Park" is an up and coming

the congestion of many builders entering the market in Bayside, we feel
it is time to move on. Hopefully, they keep the integrity of the
neighborhood without saturating it with "spec homes."

There is a strong demand for homes in Jackson County.
Competition among builders is practically non-existent. These
areas do not offer pre-platted subdivisions such as Bayside, which
allows individual lot acquisitions. Most areas in Jackson County
that are prime locations require you to purchase acreage and break them
up into platted and individual lots. Most builders do not want to
take on this type of liability as the volatility in the market
continues. Why tie up land when they don't even know if they can
sell them off. This is the purpose of our capital partners and to
them, it doesn't matter if its 5 years until they get their returns.
