New Jersey Real Estate Club

In our recent real estate ventures back into the Gold Coast area of New Jersey, we have decided to launch a sophisticated and innovative real estate club that will be meeting monthly starting in November, 2008.  We are looking for novices or professionals to join us in both learning and sharing, but most importantly to network and bring together all of our experiences. 

Monthly events will typically consist of an outlook on local real estate developments and how we are adjusting to the economic impact we all know is out there.  We will also explore emerging markets whether they be local or in other areas of the country.  We will invite one highly qualified speaker to discuss helpful hints regarding anything regarding the real estate industry.  Occasionally, if we find an investment opportunity that we feel is worth introducing to our members, we will discuss possible opportunity as well and provide our members a great deal of due diligence that we have performed. 

Our goal is simple.  We strive to increase the integrity of the real estate industry every day.  Educating members and learning different experiences will help this club grow strong and most importantly we guarantee that you will learn something new with every meeting that we hold.
