Go Zone Development Opportunity

We are currently working with investors on small scale development opportunity.  Investors interested in small scale development, we can assist with any and all land entitlements.  We will also handle site work and vertical construction.

Our recent project is a 3 acre development of 10 duplexes.  We are building concrete block units compliant to condo conversion engineered standards.  We target a cap rate between 8-9% on all of our developments.  Most of the land available is consistent with the Go Zone designations and MDA Small Rental Assistance Program.
